Rental Period
Standard rental period is 4 days (including delivery and return).

Shipping & Delivery
Gowns are professionally steamed and packaged to arrive in pristine condition.
Standard shipping includes tracking and insurance.
We ship directly to your door and provide a prepaid return label for easy returns.
Returns & Dry Cleaning
Every gown includes dry cleaning in your rental fee.
Simply return the gown using the prepaid label — no extra cleaning fees.
Late returns may incur a small late fee.
Damage & Alterations
Minor wear is expected; significant damage will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Do not alter, cut, or dye rented gowns. Any alterations may result in replacement charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before your rental start date receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a partial refund depending on gown availability.
The “Flexible Leader” Model
- 7+ Days Before Delivery: 100% Refund (minus $15 processing fee) or 100% Store Credit.
- 3–7 Days Before Delivery: 50% Refund or 100% Store Credit.
- 1–3 Days Before Delivery: 25% Store Credit.
- Less than 24 Hours: No Refund or Credit.
- Renters must contact us within 12 hours of delivery for fit issues.
- Refunds for fit are not guaranteed if the “Perfect-Fit Guidance” was not used.
